codwin Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the codwin website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at codwin.one.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the codwin Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the codwin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's codwin Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by codwin, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the codwin Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the Platform, whether desktop, mobile browser, or any codwin application. codwin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on codwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of codwin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the codwin Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

To access the full features of the codwin Platform, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) codwin Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
• You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• You must notify codwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• codwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• codwin reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage and to request supporting documentation, including a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license).

Accounts that are found to contain false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be suspended or permanently closed at codwin's sole discretion, and any Balance held in such Accounts may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the codwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). codwin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, linked to a Philippine bank account)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the codwin Platform and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected. codwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions on the codwin Platform. codwin will clearly disclose any Platform-side transaction fees prior to processing.

codwin may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all codwin bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, account-age, or deposit-history restrictions.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• codwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied.

All games available on the codwin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. codwin's games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

codwin does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager. All gaming outcomes are determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed within the game information section of the Platform.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the codwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the codwin Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward codwin staff or other Players.

All content on the codwin Platform — including but not limited to the codwin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of codwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of codwin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, codwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

codwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. codwin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

codwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

codwin may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation. codwin implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

codwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion, which will prevent them from accessing the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying their session duration and net gaming activity.

codwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon termination.

codwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, codwin will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the codwin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact codwin's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. codwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
